Went trail running up Buzzard's Loop again today: (1) can't believe my eye didn't go black-and-blue after yesterday's fall (2) found my sunglasses that were dropped yesterday...right in the middle of the trail!

Back in the gym after a (too) long hiatus...

Then, after my workout, decided to grab Bridger and go on a trail run of Buzzard's Loop. During the run I caught a loose rock just right and face planted into another rock...as you can see, knocked out part of my front tooth and will probably have a black eye tomorrow:

after the fall, and even after hiking 250+ miles of the AT many years ago, even I got a little nervous seeing this trail name (note to committee...NEVER name a trail Therapist). Although, with the chipped tooth and bloody face, I'm sure anyone I ran into would have steered clear of me.

but all in all, defiantly worth the hike...

wish I could have spent the entire week in Sturgis and the Black Hills (but business in Yankton took priority), but I did get to see my great friend from MPLS, Celia...and met a couple of the girls/women she worked with all week for Victory motorcycles...
